The Executive Director (Project Implementation) oversees all the technical and engineering operations of the company with the assistance of General Manager (Operations).
The General Manager (Administrative Finance) manages the resources (finance, personnel, Equipment, and procurement) of the contracts.
The General Manager (Operations) coordinates all the technical and engineering activities of the company.

Project Managers are the head of each site under the General Manager (Operations). They are responsible for day-to-day operation of the company; they liaise with the clients’ representative on site. They also communicate with the local and affected population, meeting with the community in the project also falls under their responsibility. The site Engineers work under the project manager and are responsible to the effective engineering of the contract, by making sure the following objectives are followed:
QUALITY: Meet the quality as prescribed in the specification as regards all aspects of the works.
PROGRAMME: Achieving productivity in accordance with programme requirement.
Site Engineers are in charge of various foremen who will execute and supervise various operations on site.
Land Surveyor and the lab technician work hand in hand with site Engineers and formen to assist them when required and report to the site Engineer.
The Department Coordinators are head of department under the General Manager (administrative and Finance).
The Plant Supervisor is responsible for the maintenance and repair of all items of plants for smooth execution of the contract.
